Shipping Policy

1.  Orders are processed immediately and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

2.  You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail which will contain a tracking number.  This applies to ALL orders.

3.  Delivery day is based on distance to destination and will vary between the estimated time frame of delivery.

4.  We do not ship on weekends, or on National Holidays.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Orders (Within the United States)

1.  USPS First-Class Mail has an estimated delivery time frame of 3 to 5 business days.  This method starts at $1.95 US.

2.  USPS Priority Mail has an estimated delivery time frame of 2 to 3 business days.  This method starts at $6.00 US. 

3.  FED EX Ground and Home Delivery has an estimated delivery time frame of 1 to 5 business days.  This method starts at $12.00 US.

4.  Delivery time frames may vary depending on the accuracy of your mailing address.  It is imperative we receive an accurate shipping address to ensure timely delivery of the order.  Incorrect mailing addresses may delay delivery of your order.  

International Orders 

1.  USPS First Class Mail International has an estimated delivery time frame of 7 to12 business days or before.  This method includes a customs form number.  This method starts at $10.00 US.

2.  USPS Express Mail International has an estimated delivery time frame of 3-4 business days.  Includes tracking number.  This method starts at $34.45 US. 

3.  DHL Worldwide has an estimated delivery time frame of 1-3 business days.  Includes tracking number.  This method starts at $36.45 US. 

4.  Delivery time frames may vary depending on the accuracy of your mailing address.  It is imperative we receive an accurate shipping address to ensure timely delivery of the order.  Incorrect mailing addresses may delay delivery of your order.  We encourage selectioin of USPS Express, or DHL shipping methods for higher reliability for order arrival. 

Note:  All International shipments are packaged discretely, marked as a gift, with a low value to expedite the process for customs clearance.  

Shipping to Canada  

Shipping rates to Canada will be similar in costs to Domestic rates, yet will vary depending on geographic location.
